When we went to Ginza on one of November and a certain holiday, this is shop which sometimes visited seems to be Ginza, deluxe, going for lunch with acquaintance.
It is in building along Ginza Street and just leads to store when we get off elevator.
It is lunch of "yakiniku lunch 3,300 yen (tax-included) in Yonezawa beef" that ordered.
Alcohol is noon, only as for the toast…We asked for sparkling in this.
Me of meat enthusiast, feeling to become rash were put on plate for sparkling and * tsukoto a little less than ten minutes and have been carried.
Both arrangement and container are wonderful all✨
Contents of long-awaited lunch are special sparerib, special roast of Yonezawa beef, three kinds of namul, three kinds of kimchi, miso soup with fishmeat, polished rice.
All volume is rather less, but ‼️ delicious as for anything
This shop seems to provide dry aging beef of Japanese black beef which did one buying that selected carefully.
That we seem to need time and specialized facilities and technique, and dry aging beef has high popularity as high-quality ingredients.
Aged special roast, special sparerib of Yonezawa beef which we had this time were the most exquisite, and they melted away in mouth.
The shop was stylish, and, let alone container which we used, gum after a meal was offered with stylish tray, too.
It is shop like Ginza that was particular about both quality and atmosphere.
